I told him it was okay, but thought it was kind of odd he would make a mistake like this, considering he had a good record at the time.

That’s where things went amiss. He took this statement as an insult and copped an attitude. I got my stuff soon after, but wasn’t thrilled with the treatment, so I gave him negative feedback, and he did the same. His feedback claimed he “was planning wedding&got behind,” which was very reasonable (had he explained this), until he slapped on the insult “Pray my kids aren't like him.” Class act.
